The Leela Kempinski , Gurgaon

This is about us at The Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon, even though our current base is over at 8, B.I.T. Cottages. That is on Bhau Daji Road in the Matunga area of Mumbai. The pin code is 400019. It’s a bit of an old-school spot, as these cottages have been around a long time. It feels different from the big glass buildings you see elsewhere in the city. We like the vibe of Matunga; it’s got a lot of history and good food nearby. Our office is just one of the units in the BIT Cottages. It’s a bit cramped with all our papers and stuff, but it works for what we need. You can hear the traffic on Bhau Daji Road sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing here. We just sit at our desks and get the work done. It’s a practical space. Most people who visit us are surprised by how tucked away it is. You have to look for the number 8 on the gate. It's not a huge place, just a few rooms where we manage everything. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s a busy part of Mumbai but our little cottage stays okay. We don't have any big marketing team writing this, just us explaining where we are.
