The Dee Sign

The Dee Sign is based at number 13 in the Shreeji Industrial Estate. We are out in Jogeshwari East, specifically near the Subhash area and the Mangal Bazar. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always trucks moving and people loading things. Our space is tucked away inside the estate. It’s not hard to find once you get inside the main gates. We’ve been at this address for a good while. The workshop is usually a bit messy with materials and drawings. Jogeshwari East is a busy neighborhood, especially on market days near Mangal Bazar. Traffic can be a bit of a headache, but we’re used to it. The estate itself is quite old. We have a lot of neighbors doing different kinds of manufacturing. It’s a noisy place, but it feels like work is actually getting done. We spend most of our time here designing things and making sure the measurements are right. I usually have a cup of tea in the morning before the rush starts. The walls are covered in notes and sketches. It’s a practical space for what we do. No fancy reception area or anything like that. Just the machines and the work tables. If you are coming to see us, just ask for Shreeji Industrial Estate, most people around here know it. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job. The floor is usually covered in scraps.
