TG Pavillion

You can find TG Pavillion over in Vadodara, right across from Cadbury House. The address is a bit of a mix with Breach Candy and Nyay Mandir mentioned, but we are definitely here in the 400026 area. It’s a busy spot and the landmark across the road helps people find us when they get lost. We spend most of our time just managing the daily tasks that come with having a physical location. There is always a delivery arriving or someone asking for directions. The building has its own character, maybe a bit older now but it serves its purpose. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. It is just a place where we show up every morning, unlock the doors, and get to work. The weather in Vadodara can be tough but we are used to it by now. We see a lot of people who work in the nearby offices coming and going throughout the week. It’s a practical setup. We don't use any fancy management systems or corporate talk. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves or call someone we know from the neighborhood. It’s the kind of place where you might see the same faces every day. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. That’s how we’ve always done it here and it seems to work out fine. It is just a regular local spot for people.
