Tex Year Industries Industrial Adhesive (P) Ltd

We are Tex Year Industries and we operate out of unit 18 in the Amrapali Industrial Estate. You can find us on Ram Mandir Road in Goregaon West. It’s a typical industrial zone, so there are always big trucks moving around and the sound of machines in the background. We focus on industrial adhesives here. The space we use is a mix of a warehouse and a small office area. It can get a bit dusty because of all the activity on the main road, but we try to keep the workspace as clean as we can. Our daily routine involves managing the stock levels and talking to the people who need glue for their own factories or small workshops. It isn’t the most exciting work in the world, but it is what we have been doing for years and we know it well. We have a small crew and most of us have known each other for a long time. There isn't any corporate hierarchy here; if something needs fixing, we just get it done. Ram Mandir Road gets very congested during the evening rush hour, so we try to get our deliveries out as early as possible. The building is a standard concrete unit like all the others around here. We’ve been in this estate long enough that we know all the other business owners and the tea stall guys. It’s just a simple, honest business life where we focus on the product.
