Terraces Resort Himalaya Office

This is our office space in Mumbai, not the actual resort. We are at Office No 14/15 in the Anup Building. It’s in Andheri West, which is a place that never really stops moving. People always ask for directions, and we usually tell them we are near Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow, which helps them find us faster. The zip code is 400058. Inside the office, it’s mostly phones ringing and people working on computers. We handle all the bookings and questions from here. It’s a small team, just a few of us making sure everything is sorted for the guests who are actually heading up to the Himalayas. It’s funny being in the middle of humid Mumbai while talking about the mountains all day. The building is an older one, but it’s got character. We have piles of papers and calendars everywhere. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of our afternoon. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace. Most of the time we are just busy trying to keep up with the emails. Andheri is crowded, and the commute can be a real pain for us. But we like being here. It’s a good spot to stay connected to everything. We aren't a big corporation, just a dedicated crew in a small office. We just do our best to get back to everyone.
