We are based in Chunabhatti at Ambekar Nagar, specifically at 2/1. If you know Mumbai, you know this part of the city is always moving and it can get pretty loud. Running Tektronix India Pvt Ltd from here means we are right in the thick of things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our tools and paperwork. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the heat and the traffic, just like everyone else in this city. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing technical issues. We don’t have any polished scripts for when customers call; we just talk to them like normal people. There are days when everything feels a bit piled up and we have to stay late to get through it all. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us. We don’t bother with big marketing campaigns or trying to sound more important than we are. We just open the shutters in the morning and see what the day brings. Sometimes the monsoon makes things difficult and the street floods a little, but we just keep going. It’s just a standard Mumbai workplace where people work hard and try to stay organized through the chaos.
