Teknovision Allied Products

Our unit is number 16 in the Waman Patil Industrial Estate, right near the Duke factory. Teknovision Allied Products is basically a warehouse and a small desk area where we handle all our business. The estate is always full of tempos and lorries loading and unloading stuff, so it’s pretty loud from morning until evening. We have various products piled up on pallets, and we try our best to keep them in some kind of order, though it doesn't always stay that way. The floor is gray concrete and shows every bit of dust that comes in from the open bay doors. We don't have any fancy decor or air conditioning in the main area. It’s a work-focused environment where we spend our time checking specs and moving boxes. Being near the Duke factory is handy because everyone knows where that is, which helps when we're giving directions to new drivers. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background to break the silence during the quiet hours. Lunch is often something we bring from home or grab from a nearby stall. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements printed on the walls. We just focus on getting the daily tasks finished so we can head home on time. It’s a gritty, honest place to work, and we’re okay with the noise and the dust that comes with it. The overhead lights hum a little bit, and the clock on the wall is five minutes fast, but nobody seems to mind very much.
