Our place is at number 16 in the Waman Patil Industrial Estate. It’s right there in Chembur, not too far from the old Dukes factory, which everyone around here uses as a landmark when giving directions. Teknovision Allied Products has been tucked away in this estate for quite a while now. It’s a typical industrial setup, nothing flashy or over-the-top at all. We work with various products that fall under the allied category for different industries. The estate can get pretty crowded with delivery vans and workers, especially during the middle of the day. Inside our unit, things are usually humming along with whatever project we’ve got going on at the moment. We aren't a giant corporation with layers of management; it’s just a group of us who know the business and how to get things done. Sometimes the heat in Chembur gets a bit much during the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay focused. We have a lot of regular customers who know exactly where to find us. They drop by, we chat about what they need, and we see how we can help them out. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most of what we do is just based on being here every day and making sure the products we put out are decent and reliable. It is just a normal, hardworking shop in the middle of Chembur.
