We operate out of Room 4 in Building 18 of the Police Colony in Ghatkopar East. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are located within the colony area. Tecnimont Icb Pvt Ltd has been based here under the care of Sangram Karade for some time. It is a very local, neighborhood-oriented space. You won't find any corporate lobbies or elevators with music here. It’s just a room where we get our work done. Ghatkopar East is a lively area, and being in the colony makes it feel very safe and grounded. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. There’s a desk, some chairs, and our equipment. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR team. We just focus on the day-to-day operations. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the families nearby, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We like the honesty of this place. It’s not polished, and the building shows its age, but it works for what we need. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just provide what we do and try to stay organized. Most of the people who come by are locals or people we’ve known for years. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere. We don't need a lot of space or flashy signs to do our jobs well. We just need our tools and a bit of quiet time to focus on the details.
