We are located at 153, Sunrays Shopping Centre, right in the heart of Charkop Market in Kandivali West. It is a very busy place to be. The shopping centre is always full of people, and the market outside is even more crowded. Being a pharma company, we have a lot of boxes and crates coming in and out of this small space. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when a big delivery arrives. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just shelves filled with supplies and a couple of desks for us to do the paperwork. The noise from the market is something you just learn to live with. You hear the vegetable sellers and the traffic all day long. We’ve been in Kandivali for a good amount of time, and we know many of the other business owners in the Sunrays building. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We are just a small team of people who understand medicine and distribution. Most of our day is spent checking batches and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we try to get it right. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't really need to. People know where we are, and we just focus on getting the orders ready on time. That is the daily routine for us at Techsynergy Pharma.
