You can find us at units 113 and 114 over in Kandivali. It’s a lot of floor space filled with parts and bits of machinery. Most of the time, the place looks like a mess to someone looking in from the outside, but there is a system to it. We handle a lot of heavy stuff, so the floor is pretty scratched up. We spend most of our time tinkering with the gear or making sure the engines are running right. It’s not the quietest work, but it pays the bills. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around until it comes back on. That’s just how it is around here. We’ve got some old machines that still work better than the new ones, so we keep them around. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing. We get customers who have been coming to us for years because they know we are usually here until late. It's a lot of manual work, lifting and bolting things together. We aren't much for paperwork, we'd rather be out on the floor with a wrench. It’s just how we run things at this end of Kandivali. There is always a layer of dust on everything, but we don't mind it much. We just make sure the machines are ready to go when someone needs them. It's a living.
