Techno Force (I)

Our place is up on the second floor in Room 23, right there in Subhash Nagar. If you know where the Swadeshi Market is, we are just opposite that in the Badam Wadi area of Kalbadevi. It gets pretty crowded around here with all the loaders and the narrow lanes, but that is just how this part of the city is. We handle a lot of technical stuff and parts for machinery. It is mostly business-to-business work, so we spend a lot of time on the floor checking stock or talking to suppliers. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and the building is old, but it works for us. We have been in this spot for a long time. People come to us when they need specific parts or have a problem with their equipment that they can't figure out. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a small operation trying to keep things moving for our customers. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the paperwork and the noise from the market outside, but we manage. We don’t do much advertising, most of our work comes from people who know us or heard about us from someone else in the trade. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take to get a part in. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
