Our place is at A-20, Trinity Coart, which sits on the 5th Lane of Koregaon Park in Pune. It is actually a pretty nice part of town, with a lot of trees and some decent quiet spots if you walk a bit. We are just tucked into one of the units there. It’s not a huge office, but it works for what we do. We have been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot over the years. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have our computers set up and plenty of space for the blueprints and technical documents for Tce Consulting Engineers Ltd. It’s mostly just the sound of clicking mice and the occasional phone call. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we’re right there working. Pune gets quite warm in the summer, so we usually have the windows shut to keep the dust out. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need many rules. We just show up, do our engineering work, and head home when the sun starts to go down. The 5th Lane is usually a bit calmer than the main roads in Koregaon Park, which we appreciate. It’s a simple setup in a good location, and we don’t really need much more than that to get through our tasks. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and some old coffee mugs, but that’s just how we work.
