Tata Hospital Opd

If you head into the main building in Parel and look for Room 15, that’s where you’ll find the Tata Hospital Opd. It’s a busy spot, tucked away in the middle of all that noise and movement. Parel is always crowded, and our building is no different. You’ve got people sitting on the benches, others checking their papers, and the sound of trolleys going down the hall. Room 15 isn't very big, but we make the most of the space we have. There are files stacked up on the shelves and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don't really have time for making things look pretty. It’s more about getting through the list of people waiting outside. Sometimes the lift isn't working right, so everyone takes the stairs, which adds to the chaos. We see people from all walks of life here. Some have traveled for days on a train just to get to this specific door. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait longer than they already have. The windows don't let in much light because of the tall buildings outside, so we keep the overhead lights on all day. It’s a bit of a maze if you’re new, but once you’ve been here a week, you know every crack in the floor. It’s just a busy, honest place to work and we do our best with what's available.
