We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We’re just a group of people working in the research and hospital field. There’s a lot of focus on the practical side of things here. Every day is different, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage to sort it out. If you walk past Kiran, you’ll see people waiting or talking out front. It’s just how life goes in this part of Mumbai. We’re just glad to have a steady place to do our work.
