We're located on the first floor of the Empire Building down on DN Road. Fort is always such a rush, so being up on the first floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise. We work on refrigeration systems, specifically the flake ice ones. It sounds specific, and it is. Most of our day involves looking at specs for cooling units and making sure the parts we order are the right fit for the jobs we have lined up. The office isn't anything special to look at. There are blueprints on the walls and old folders stacked in the corners. We've been at 136 Fort for quite some time now. People come and go in this building, but we’ve stayed put. It gets a bit chilly in the office sometimes, which I guess is fitting for an ice company. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We mostly just rely on people knowing who we are and where to find us when their systems need looking at. It's a lot of phone calls and checking inventory. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a report, but we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s good work, and it keeps us busy throughout the year. The building has a lot of history, and we're just another part of it now. We like being in this part of town and just keeping the cooling units running.
