We are located out in Kamothe, right near the police station. It’s a pretty easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find Chemsynergy Pvt. Ltd. for the first time. The office itself is simple. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff and coordination. The area around here has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. Our desks are usually piled high with folders. We try to keep a system, but it doesn't always stay neat. It’s just the nature of the business. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do. There isn't much hierarchy. If something needs to be cleaned or moved, whoever is free does it. We drink a lot of tea while we go through our emails. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a regular workplace where we try to do a good job. Sometimes the noise from the main road gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like being near the station because it makes the commute easier for everyone. It’s a basic, functional setup for our daily needs. The windows are a bit small, but we get enough light to see what we are doing. We just focus on the task at hand and get home to our families.
