Taheri Stores

We open the shutters at Taheri Stores early in the morning when the air in Fort is still a bit cool. Being here at Chandivali 4, we see the same faces every day as people head to work or run their morning errands. It is a small place, honestly. We have shelves packed with all sorts of things, and sometimes it is hard to find exactly what you need without asking us for help. The floor is a bit worn down from people walking in and out all day, but that is just how it is with an old shop. We spend a lot of time moving boxes around and making sure the stock is where it should be. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, so we usually have a fan going inside to keep things moving and stay comfortable. We are not a big supermarket or anything like that. It is just us here, keeping things running and making sure the regulars get what they came for. Sometimes the deliveries show up late and we have to stack things in the corner, which makes the shop feel even smaller than it already is. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most days are the same, just checking the lists and talking to the people who drop by. We do not have fancy displays or bright lights. It is just a regular store with regular stuff on the shelves. We manage just fine.
