T & S Agro Investment Llp

T & S Agro Investment Llp is based out of Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. Our address is at Patel Paradise, Plot No. 01-31 and 32, in Sector-35E. We are up on the sixth floor in flat B/601. It’s right near the CISF Colony, so it’s a fairly quiet and organized part of the neighborhood. Living and working in Navi Mumbai-Raigarh is a bit different from the main city; there's a bit more space, though it's filling up fast. We use this flat as our main point of operations for our agro investment work. It feels more like a home office than a cold business center, which we actually like. It’s just how we decided to set things up. We handle various investment activities related to agriculture from here. The view from the sixth floor is alright, and it gives us a bit of peace to think about the numbers and the projects we are funding. People usually find us by looking for the Patel Paradise building, which is easy enough to spot. We aren't into big advertising or making a lot of noise. We just prefer to handle our investments and keep our records straight. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us usually, and we don't have a lot of visitors. We just focus on the agricultural sector and try to make sensible choices with the investments we manage.
