Synthias Wellness

Synthias Wellness is located in the Nav Meghdoot Cooperative Housing Society at No. 6B. We are right on the famous Linking Road in Bandra, just across from the big Vijay Sales. It’s a very busy part of the city, but once you step inside our building, things quiet down a little bit. Since we are in a housing society, our space feels more like a home than a sterile office. We have tried to keep it simple with some basic furniture and a few framed pictures on the walls. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fancy desk. Instead, you just walk in and someone will be there to greet you. We focus on various wellness practices, so the atmosphere is usually quite calm. We have a small area where we keep some books and health pamphlets for people to look at while they wait. The rooms are a bit small, as is common in these older Bandra buildings, but we find they are quite cozy for what we do. We often have the windows open to let some air in, even if it means we hear the honking from Linking Road once in a while. We aren't a big chain; we are just a local spot where we try to help people feel a bit more balanced in their lives. We take our time with everyone who comes in, and we usually have a pot of tea ready to share. It's a nice little escape from the street. We’ve been here for several years now and we really like the community feel.
