Symaga S.A. operates out of unit Ug-115/2 in Dreams The Mall on Lbs Marg. Being inside a mall in Bhandup West is a bit different from a typical office building. You have the shoppers walking past and the music from the hallway playing all day. Our unit is a practical space where we handle our business affairs in Mumbai. It is a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but once you get to the upper ground floor, it is easy enough to spot us. The office is mostly filled with computers and files, and we try to keep it organized despite the constant flow of work. Lbs Marg is always jammed with traffic, so we are used to the sounds of horns and the general chaos of Bhandup outside. We are a small team working in this specific branch, and we mostly just stick to our tasks. There is no corporate lobby or fancy coffee machine here; we usually just get our tea from the small shop downstairs. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the mall isn't very crowded. We handle the paperwork and coordinate everything from this little spot. It is a strange place for a business like ours, being next to retail stores, but it works for us. We just show up, do the hours, and navigate the mall crowds on our way out.
