Swastik Synergy Engineering Pvt. Ltd. operates out of suite 302 in the Business Suites building. It’s a typical office setup where the hum of the air conditioner is the background noise for most of our day. We do engineering work, so there are always blueprints and technical drawings rolled up in the corners or spread out over the desks. It gets a bit cramped when we have a few projects going on at once. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so a few of us usually take the stairs to the third floor just to save some time and get a bit of exercise. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through various designs. It’s not all that exciting to look at from the outside, but we stay busy. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and that’s usually when we order some food and sit around the main table. There’s no big corporate vibe here; it’s just a group of people trying to get the math and the drawings right. We’ve been at this for a while and we just take things one day at a time, making sure the files are saved correctly.
