Swastik Hospital & Research Centre

Swastik Hospital & Research Centre is tucked away at Plot No. 22 in Swastik Park, Chembur. It’s a bit of a specific location, but once you find Swastik Park, we are right there. Being in Chembur, we deal with the usual city bustle, though our little corner feels a bit more settled. We do both hospital work and some research here, which keeps the days interesting and the staff on their toes. It’s a plain building, nothing that really stands out from the road, but we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous place in Mumbai. We just want to provide a place where people can get checked out and where we can look into medical research without a lot of fuss. The floors are a bit worn from all the walking, and the waiting room chairs have seen better days, but the equipment works and the people here care about what they are doing. We have a mix of younger staff and people who have been here since the doors first opened. There isn't a lot of corporate talk here; we just speak plainly to our patients and to each other. It's a research centre but it feels like a neighborhood clinic in many ways because of the regulars we see. We focus on the health problems people bring us and try to find some answers through our research work.
