If you’re looking for us, we are located at Samana Parivar in Goregaon East, specifically A1/203 at the 2nd Cross. It’s a residential-commercial mix of an area. Being in the freight business means our phones are always ringing at all hours. We spend most of our time coordinating trucks and shipments across different routes. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of talking to drivers and making sure things are where they should be at the right time. The office is tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient for us and our staff. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and dealing with inevitable delays. Traffic in Goregaon can be a real headache, especially during peak hours when everyone is trying to get home. We handle all sorts of goods, moving them from one point to another. It’s a lot of logistical work that most people don’t really see. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone while trying to sort out a delivery issue on another line. We’ve learned that in this business, things rarely go exactly as planned, so we just adapt and move on. Our focus is just on the next load and the next destination. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are and what we are doing here.
