Our office is tucked away on the first floor of the Charkop Shreenathji Co-operative Society. We are at Plot No. 11 in Kandivali West, which is a pretty active part of the suburb. Being in a society building means it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office block. We’ve got Room 104, and while it isn't huge, it’s where we handle all the chemical distribution paperwork and talk to our suppliers. The fan stays on all day to keep the Mumbai heat away, and there is usually a stack of files on the desk that needs sorting. We started out small and stayed that way because we like knowing exactly what’s happening with every order. Kandivali can be a bit of a maze if you aren't local, but our building is well-known enough. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just tracking shipments and making sure the containers get to where they are supposed to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot, which keeps us moving. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside, away from the main road noise. We have a few regular people who work here, and we’ve become more like a small family over the years. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things simple.
