Being in a housing society building means it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main highway. We handle a lot of pet-related business from this small office. It’s mostly paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The area in Charkop is quite busy with schools and families nearby. We’ve been at this Kandivali West address for a while. It’s a practical space, nothing too fancy. We have a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock or samples coming in.
