Suvchem

Suvchem is located in Marine Lines, right in Laxman Nagar at Shop No 1 on the ground floor of the Build. We deal with various chemicals and supplies, mostly for other businesses and workshops. It’s not a flashy retail store where you’d go to browse. The shelves are mostly filled with containers, bottles, and boxes of technical stuff. Our shop is in an old building, so the walls have a bit of character, or maybe they just need a bit of paint. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the inventory matches our records. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to suppliers. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding a spot to park on the street, so we have to hurry and load things up. We don’t use any corporate talk or big promises. If a certain product is out of stock, we just tell you when it’s coming back. Most of our customers have been buying from us for years, so we have a good understanding. It’s just a few of us working here, keeping track of everything. The floor is concrete and we wear comfortable shoes because there’s a lot of standing and moving things around. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town. We don’t need much more than our ledger and a working phone to keep things moving. It’s just how we operate here in Marine Lines. We take our time to make sure the boxes are sealed properly.
