Our office is located on Bhula Bhai Desai Road in the Breach Candy area of Mumbai. We are right near the petrol pump, so it's a pretty easy place to find if you are in the neighborhood. We've been working out of this spot for a while now. Dealing with exports means we spend a lot of time on the phone and handling paperwork. It's not a very glamorous job, but it's what we do. The office is usually filled with files and samples of things we are sending out. We have a small team here who keeps track of all the shipping schedules. Mumbai is a fast-paced city, and Breach Candy is no exception. There is always a lot of traffic outside our window. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a fancy receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and see one of us at a desk. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure everything gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes there are delays at the port or issues with the paperwork, and those are the days that get stressful. But mostly, it's just a steady routine. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do our jobs correctly and keep our clients satisfied. It's a simple business run by regular people who know the industry well. We've been here through the monsoon seasons and the heat, just keeping the business moving forward one shipment at a time.
