Our office is over in Andheri West, specifically in the Versova View building on Dutta M. It’s actually a pretty decent spot, though finding a parking space nearby is always a bit of a gamble. We’ve been running the chemical business from here for a good few years now. The space inside is mostly taken up by desks, old computers, and stacks of sample bottles. It’s not one of those high-rise glass offices; it feels more like a lived-in workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking on shipment status at the port. Sometimes the humidity makes the papers curl, which is a bit annoying. We usually eat lunch together at the big table in the middle. It’s a small group of us, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to labeling boxes. Versova has a certain vibe, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we’d rather just have the space for stock. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to move everything out of the way. We just keep the wheels turning. It’s simple work, really. We get orders, we find the stock, and we send it out to whoever needs it. It’s just what we do here day in and day out.
