Sunscreen Designing Printing

Our shop is right in Bhajeewala Chawl at Shop No 1, on Pali Ram Road in Santacruz West. It’s a small space, but we’ve managed to fit all our printing gear inside. If you walk down this road, you’ll probably see the stacks of paper and the smell of ink coming from our doorway. It’s a busy part of Santacruz, and there’s always someone walking past or stopping in to ask about a print job. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and waiting for the machines to finish their runs. The machines can be temperamental, especially when the weather gets damp, but we know how to handle them by now. The walls are covered in old samples and bits of tape where we’ve stuck things up over the years. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, with bits of paper scraps often ending up on the floor. We have a small table where we do the cutting and folding. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when we have a lot of orders at once, but we just keep our heads down and work through the pile. People come in with all sorts of ideas, and we try to figure out how to put them on paper. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't have a big team, just a few of us here every day.
