Sunridges Hospital

Sunridges Hospital is located at Sunflower 17 in the Navyug area on V. L. Mehta Road. We’re right in the middle of the Juhu Scheme in Vile Parle. It’s a nice part of town, but like everywhere else in this city, it gets crowded and the traffic on V. L. Mehta Road can be a real pain during peak hours. Our building is called Sunflower, and it’s been a landmark for people in the Juhu Scheme for a long time. The hospital takes up a good portion of the space. It’s a bit different from the giant medical centers you see in the papers. We have a more personal feel here. The doctors know the patients, and the staff usually stays for years. We’ve got some trees outside that provide a bit of shade, which is nice. Inside, the floors are clean but you can tell the building has some history. We have several departments, but it all feels very connected. People come to us for all kinds of reasons, sometimes just for a quick check-up or something more serious. We don’t use any big marketing slogans. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby in Vile Parle and have been coming here since they were kids. We just focus on getting through the daily schedule and making sure everyone is looked after. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do here at Sunflower 17.
