Sunita Hospital

You can find Sunita Hospital on R.J. Road, right near the Pump House in Andheri East. It’s a pretty easy spot to locate if you’re familiar with this part of the city. We’ve been here for a while, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves its purpose. We have a lot of walk-ins because of the location. The Pump House area is always buzzing with people, so we stay fairly busy throughout the week. Inside, it’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes. We have our consultation rooms and a small area for people to sit while they wait. The furniture is nothing special, just sturdy stuff that’s seen a lot of use. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don’t have a big corporate office or a PR person. If you need something, you just talk to the person at the front desk. They usually have their hands full with phone calls and filing. We handle all sorts of medical needs for the local community. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans and an old AC unit that keeps things bearable. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest place in Mumbai. We’re just a neighborhood hospital that’s been on R.J. Road for years, helping out the folks who live and work around Andheri East.
