Sunil Transport Services is based over here in Himatnagar, specifically at B001/002 Amar Mahal. We’ve been handling transport work for a good while now. Most days it’s just about getting the trucks loaded and making sure the drivers know where they are headed. It’s not a fancy job. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the goods are and if they’ve reached on time. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork and logbooks. People come in to ask about rates or to see when their shipment will go out. Himatnagar is a busy spot for this kind of work. We handle different types of items, from small boxes to bigger loads that take up the whole truck. Sometimes the traffic is bad and things get delayed, which is just how it goes on these roads. We try to keep things moving as much as possible. If you walk into Amar Mahal, you’ll find us there on the ground floor area. It is a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. Just a group of people working to move things from one place to another. Most of our regulars know us by name. We don’t have any big corporate systems, just a way of doing things that has worked for us over the years. It gets loud sometimes when the drivers come back to drop off their keys, but that’s just part of the day here.
