Sunil Kowli Surgical Clinic is located on WL Road in Dadar West. It is a small surgical center that has been here for years. Most people in Dadar know this street and how busy it can get. Our clinic isn't very large, but we have enough space to handle the surgeries we do. It’s a focused kind of place. We don't try to do everything; we mostly stick to surgical procedures and the checkups that come before and after them. The waiting area is simple with just enough chairs for the people coming in. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who have worked here a long time and know how things run. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned setup in some ways. We still use paper files and we like to talk to our patients directly. There is no corporate call center here. When you call, one of us picks up the phone. The rooms are kept clean and ready for work. Since we are in Dadar West, it is easy for people to get to us by train or bus. We don't spend money on big signs or advertisements. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. People know what we do and they come here when they need a specific procedure done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the surgery and making sure the patient is okay to go home. It’s a quiet, professional place that does its work without any drama.
