We are over here in Nagpur, specifically in the Sindhi Colony area of Khamla. Our spot is at 284, and you will find Lalit Galani’s name associated with this bit of the city. Engineering is what we do day in and day out. It is not the kind of place with shiny glass walls or anything like that. It is more about the smell of grease and the sound of machines or just people talking about blueprints. The road outside can get pretty jammed up during the rush hours, which makes getting in and out a bit of a chore sometimes. We have been around this part of Nagpur for a good while now. Most of the guys here live nearby so we do not have to travel too far to get to the desk. Khamla is a busy place, plenty of shops and people moving about. We usually grab tea from the stall at the corner when things get a bit slow in the afternoon. The office at 284 is just a practical space where we handle the engineering work that comes our way. It gets quite hot in the summers, as everyone knows about Nagpur, so the fans are always on full blast. We do not really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Mostly it is just us sitting around and figuring out how to get the next project done. It feels like a second home to most of us because of how much time we spend here.
