You can find us at A/101, Swastik Apts. We are located right near Shivai School in Bhandup (E), Mumbai-42. Flsmidth Designs Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this apartment for some time. Being near a school means it gets very loud during the mornings and when the kids leave for the day. You hear the bells and the shouting, which is just part of the atmosphere here in Bhandup. Swastik Apts is a standard residential building where we have our office space on the first floor. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and equipment, but it works for us. Mumbai is always fast, and Bhandup East is no different. The trains are nearby, and there’s a constant flow of people heading to work. We are just one of the many small businesses tucked away in a building like this. We don't have a big neon sign out front. It’s just a small nameplate near the bell. Inside, it’s just us working through the day. The windows look out over the street. Sometimes we watch the rain during the monsoon while we drink our chai. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It's just an office in an apartment building where we do our daily jobs. We like being in Bhandup, even with all the noise and the crowds that come with it. It’s a real place for a real business.
