Suncity Residency Hotel

You can find us in Andheri East on Mohan Gokhle Road. We are quite close to the Akruti Trade Center, which means there are always people in suits walking around outside. This part of Mumbai is always loud and the traffic on the road can be a nightmare during the day. We are just a regular hotel trying to provide a place for people to sleep. The building is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the sign. We don't have a big marble entrance or anything like that. It’s just a doorway and a small front desk. The people who work here are mostly from around the state. We spend our shifts checking people in and out and making sure the laundry gets done. It is a busy life. Sometimes the elevator takes a minute to come down, or the hallway is a bit narrow. We don't hide those things. It is just the way the building was made. We get a lot of business travelers who just need a bed and a shower before their next meeting. We like being in Andheri because everything is happening here. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace of the city by now. Sometimes the water pressure is a little low on the top floor if everyone is showering at the same time, but we usually get it sorted out pretty fast. We just do what needs doing.
