Our office is in No. 102 Sujata Chambers, right on Narshi Natha Street in Masjid Bunder West. It’s a really busy area, always filled with people and trucks moving around. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The building itself is older, and you have to navigate through some crowds to get to our door. Inside, it’s just a normal workplace with a few desks and a lot of folders. We focus on import and export work here at Sun Themen Impex. Most of our day is spent dealing with customs forms and talking to people at the docks. It isn't very glamorous, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets a bit much because the fans aren't that strong, but we just keep at it. We don't have any fancy brochures or big signs. People usually find us through someone they know or just by walking past No. 333. We try to be straightforward about what we can do. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so. There's no point in hiding it. Working in Masjid Bunder means you have to be ready for anything, like sudden rain or traffic jams that last for hours. We just take it all in stride. It’s a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting our tasks done before the end of the day. We are just regular people trying to run a business in a crowded city.
