Summer Plaza Booking Office

This is the booking office for Summer Plaza and we are situated in the Sai Kripa building, number 247. We are right behind Malabar Hill and quite close to Raj Bhavan here in Mumbai. This area is usually pretty quiet compared to the rest of the city, which makes working here quite nice. We aren't a big call center or anything like that. It’s just a small office where we handle the reservations and talk to people who want to book their stays. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it and we’ve been in this spot for a good while now. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy marketing; most of our work is just answering the phone and writing down details in the ledger or on the computer. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the walk up the hill a bit of a chore, but it’s a beautiful part of the city to be in. We just focus on getting the bookings right so there are no headaches for the guests later on. It’s a simple operation run by a few people who know the ropes of the hospitality business. If you’re looking for us, just head towards the Raj Bhavan side of Malabar Hill and look for the Sai Kripa building. We are usually here during regular hours just keeping things sorted for the plaza and helping people with their travel plans.
