Sudha Art Jewellery

Our small shop, Sudha Art Jewellery, is located in Room No 2 over at Swargate in Bandra East. It is a humble little spot, tucked away where we spend most of our daylight hours working on various pieces. Bandra East is always moving, and being near the Swargate area means there is a constant hum of activity right outside our door. The room itself is quite small, so we have to be very organized with where we keep our tools and the items we are working on. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we sit at the benches. It’s a bit cramped when more than two people are inside at once, but we have made it work for a long time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. Customers find us mostly by word of mouth or because they live nearby and see us every day. We don't have any big flashing signs. It’s just a place where we sit, look through our magnifying glasses, and handle the small details of the jewelry. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much in the afternoon, so we keep the fan running on high. It’s a simple life and a simple business, just doing what we know how to do in this corner of the city.
