Subish Engineering Works

Subish Engineering Works is located over in Goregaon East on Sjp Road. We operate out of the Navalkar Compound, which is one of those old-school industrial areas where the ground is always a bit stained with oil and there’s a constant hum of machinery. Our workshop isn’t anything special to look at from the outside, just a big door that stays open most of the day to let the heat out. Inside, it’s a mix of heavy machines and metal scraps piled up in the corners. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are covered in shadows and years of work. The guys usually have some music playing to pass the time while they’re working on the lathes or welding something in the back. Sjp Road can get pretty clogged with traffic, so we hear a lot of horns throughout the day. It’s a hardworking atmosphere, and we don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks as long as the machines are running. We have a small area near the front where we keep the books and take calls, but most of the action happens on the floor. It’s a greasy, noisy, and honest way to make a living. We know the other shop owners in the compound, and we often lend each other tools or just stand around talking when things slow down. It’s been this way for years, and we don’t see it changing anytime soon.
