Suashish Diamonds Limited

We are Suashish Diamonds Limited and we work out of the Triveni Co-Op Housing Society in Goregaon East. Specifically, we’re in building 6/3-A-10. It’s inside the NNP Colony, which is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. The office isn't what you’d expect for a diamond company; it’s more of a functional space in a residential building. We have benches where we sit and look at stones under the lights. Mumbai is always loud, but once you’re inside the colony, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our hours sorting through small bits of jewelry or loose diamonds. There’s a lot of focus involved, so we don't talk much while we're working. The security is tight, as you can imagine, so there are always locks and keys to deal with. We’ve got some old wooden cabinets where we keep our records and tools. Sometimes the Mumbai rain makes the walls a bit damp, but we keep the diamonds dry and safe. The pin code is 400065 and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time. It’s a local operation even if the name sounds a bit bigger. Most of our neighbors are just families living their lives, and we’re just the people who deal with diamonds in the room down the hall. We don't put up big posters or anything. We just get on with the daily tasks of the trade.
