Strata Gew System India is located on the third floor of Pantatia Industrial Estate, room 317. We are in Lower Parel on Hazuri Road, right near the Lodha Construction site. Lower Parel is always changing with all these new buildings going up, but our industrial estate feels more old-school. We work on systems and technical gear here. The climb up to the third floor keeps us fit, though the lift works most of the time. Our space is filled with technical drawings and parts. It is not a place for fancy meetings; it is where we sit down and figure out how things fit together. Being near a big construction site means there is always noise and dust, but that is just part of working in Mumbai. We have got a small team that knows the systems inside out. We do not spend money on big ads. Most of our work comes from people who know we do a decent job. We spend a lot of time checking specs and making sure everything meets the requirements. It is detailed work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. We usually grab lunch from the local vendors downstairs. It is a basic, hardworking office.
