You can find Bhawani Tools over in Chembur East, specifically in the Chembur Colony area. Our address is Old Barrack St/41, Block No-2. It’s an older part of the city, and the buildings have a lot of character. We’ve set up our tool business here and it’s been our home for quite some time. The neighborhood is mostly residential with small businesses tucked away in different blocks. Our space is filled with all sorts of tools, and it’s usually a bit of a mess if we’re being honest. There’s always something being moved or reorganized. We don't have a big sign or a glass storefront. It’s more of a place where you walk in and see what we have. Most of our customers are from the colony or nearby areas. We know most of them by name. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the deliveries come in. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy decorations. We just make sure we have the tools people need for their jobs. Sometimes we close a bit early if it’s a slow day, or stay late if someone needs something urgently. It’s just how things go in a place like this. Chembur Colony has a very specific feel to it, and we’re just happy to be part of the community here. It’s not a corporate office, just a local spot for people to get their tools and chat for a minute.
