We run Stf Engineering And Manufacturing Work from a unit in the Kothari Industrial Estate. It’s located on I. B. Patel Road in Goregaon East. The estate is always buzzing with the sound of machinery and people working. Our shop is filled with tools, lathes, and pieces of metal waiting to be turned into something useful. We do a lot of custom work, mostly for other businesses in the area or bigger companies that need specific parts made. It’s loud and it can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how a machine shop is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the specifications people give us. Sometimes a job is straightforward, and other times we have to scratch our heads to figure out the best way to cut a certain piece. I. B. Patel Road is a busy stretch, and getting materials delivered can be a bit of a challenge with the Goregaon traffic. But we've been here long enough to know the rhythm of the place. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We're just a group of people who know how to work with metal. If someone brings in a project, we look at it and see if we can do it. Most of the time, we can. We just keep the machines oiled and the floors swept as best as we can. It’s a gritty job, but we like it. There's always something new to build.
