You can find us at the Poonam Sagar Complex on Mira Road East in Mumbai. We’re in B Wing, Room 305 of the Omsai Enclave building. It’s a busy residential and commercial area, which is pretty much what you expect when you’re working in Mumbai these days. Our office is a modest space where we manage our day-to-day business. It’s not the kind of place with a view of the ocean or expensive furniture. Instead, we have desks piled with folders, a few computers that have seen better days, and a small area for making tea when we need a break. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating with people across the city. The traffic on Mira Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we tend to start our day early to avoid the worst of it. We aren’t trying to pretend we’re a huge firm with hundreds of employees in this location. It’s just a small, dedicated group of us making sure everything runs as it should. The building itself is always full of people, so there’s a lot of noise and energy around us all the time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s honest, steady work in a part of Mumbai that we’ve come to know very well over the years.
