Sterling Strips Limited (Epc Division)

We are based out of the Avior building in Mulund West. If you know Nirmal Galaxy on LBS Marg, then you know exactly where we are located. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office is in units 301 and 302. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for what we do in the EPC division. Most of the time, the desks are covered in blueprints and site reports because there’s always a project moving along somewhere. We don't really do much fancy stuff here. It’s mostly just engineers and office staff trying to keep things organized and on schedule. The coffee machine in the corner gets a lot of use, especially when we have deadlines to meet for the strip works or the larger contracts. You can hear the sounds of the city coming through the windows, but once you get focused on the work, it all fades into the background. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the local shops nearby are where we usually grab lunch. It’s just a normal workplace with people who have been doing this for quite some time. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the jobs that come in, and head home like everyone else.
