Sterling & Wilson Ltd

We are located up on the 9th floor of the Universal Majestic building in Chembur West. It is a big building right on P L Lokhande Marg, so it is pretty easy to find if you are in the area. From up here, we have a decent view of the city, but we are usually too busy to look out the window much. Sterling & Wilson Ltd works on a lot of different projects, mostly related to power and infrastructure. It is a lot of coordination and planning. Our office is usually full of people on laptops or talking on their phones about site visits and equipment. Chembur is a busy part of Mumbai, and being near the highway means there is always a lot of movement around us. We have different teams for different things, but we all end up in the same break room for lunch. It is a professional place, but we don't act like we are better than anyone. We just have a lot of work to get through. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the lobby is crowded with visitors, but that is just part of being in a major office hub. We don't put out a lot of brochures or try to sound like a big corporation in our daily talk. We just focus on the engineering and the deadlines. It is about getting the project done right so the next one can start.
