Step Plus Mobile Gallery

We started this shop on J P Road in Andheri West quite some time ago. It is just a small place at number 44 where we keep all kinds of mobile phones and accessories. Most people come in because they cracked their screen or need a new charging cable because the old one stopped working. We try to keep most brands in stock, but sometimes we have to order things in if it is an older model. It gets pretty crowded in here during the evenings when people are heading home from work. The shelves are mostly full of cases, screen guards, and those little things you always lose. We do repairs right here behind the counter, mostly battery swaps or fixing buttons that got stuck. It is not a fancy showroom with bright lights, just a regular shop where you can get your phone sorted without much fuss. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery is late, but that is just how it goes in a busy area like this. We know most of the regular people who walk past every day. If you need a second-hand phone, we usually have a few of those sitting in the glass case near the entrance. We just try to get the phones working so people can get on with their day. We have been at this same spot for years now and the neighbors are all good people too.
