Steel & Wood

Our place, Steel & Wood, is tucked away in the Bharat Galvanizing Compound. If you know Vikhroli West, you probably know where Gandhi Nagar Junction is. We are right across from Indian Tube Mills, specifically in D Block, Plot No. 103 B. It’s a busy part of the city, and the compound is always full of activity. We work with both metal and timber here, hence the name. It’s a bit of a gritty spot, but it suits the kind of stuff we make. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations for the shop itself. The focus is usually on the materials piled up and the projects we are currently finishing. Sometimes the traffic near the junction makes it a bit slow to get here, but once you’re inside the compound, it’s just us working. We’ve been at this address for some time now. People from around the neighborhood know us, and we get a lot of folks stopping by to check on their orders. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. Just a local shop where we use our hands. The smell of sawdust and the sound of metal being cut is pretty constant throughout the day. We just try to get the work done right. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the part of the plot we occupy. It’s a straightforward operation at Steel & Wood. We keep busy and stay focused on the tasks we have each day.
